SHAPE - Open Barre

- The studio’s signature barre technique class is one hour and incorporates the Principle of Overload and Interval Training for maximum results in the least amount of time. By utilizing light hand weights, the ballet barre, personal body weight and other accessories, client's work the core and joint stabilizers as well as the major muscle groups. A soothing period of stretching follows each section to build and maintain a lean, nimble body. While specialized movement targets all “trouble areas”, customized music selections accompany each interval to make a challenging class enjoyable. Teachers move throughout the classroom to offer personalized corrections and proper alignment in order to protect the body.
GRACEFUL - Beginner Barre

- A slower and modified version of Shape, this class is recommended for anyone new to the Dancers Shape technique, those just beginning an exercise program, or post surgical clients. The Dancers Shape technique is gradually introduced to students so that they understand the important benefits of proper body alignment. This allows students to build strength and gain a full knowledge of how to increase and decrease modifications to suit their individual needs for maximum results. Lasting one hour, this class helps clients strengthen and rehabilitate their bodies and joints for pain-free movement.
RESTORATIVE - Basic Rehabilitative Barre/Pilates

- Designed for the ages 60+ (but certainly not limited to that - injuries and first timers welcome) this class is for clients looking to stay active and add longevity to their bodies. Modifications have been made to the exercises to adjust for common degenerative joint disease (such as arthritis, osteoporosis) and knee and hip replacements. This class gradually introduces mobilization and strengthening techniques to increase stability and range of motion for the joints and spine. Additionally there is an emphasis on balance and body awareness - functions critical for preventing falls. Improved circulation, posture, and bone density are additional potential benefits of this one hour session. Come and try this class made especially for the fastest growing segment of today's population.
EXPRESS - Cardio Barre

- Get the best of both worlds in a compact 45 minutes. This dynamic class will offer the perfect balance of a full body burn combined with low to light impact cardio moves. Prepare to tone your body with a variety of “teacher’s choice” of props - hanging thera-bands, gliding discs, fitness circles and more!
CORE - Pilates Mat

- This 45 minute, full body, power-packed mat class takes the classical principles of Pilates and incorporates them in a quick paced flow of the Shape Method philosophy and approach to fitness. Set to customized music, the mat choreography has been tweaked to focus on functional movement to build strength throughout the core, while stabilizing the pelvic and shoulder girdle. This stabilization process frees all peripheral movements from chronic weakness, resulting in a strong and flexible back, abs, seat and thighs. Prepare to work. This isn’t your average mat class.
LIFT & TONE

- As we age, we begin to lose bone density and muscle mass and one of the best ways to prevent this from happening is through weight lifting. We have designed this 45 minute class to target your large muscle groups as well as the small stabilizers by alternating heavy weights with barre work. This combination will improve muscle mass and bone density while not neglecting our injury prevention focus of barre and pilates.
FFF Burn (Form, Function, Fitness)
Keep your heart rate elevated with this strength and mobility fitness class. Prepare to strengthen major muscle groups, along with your intrinsic stabilizers by moving through a full range of motion and dynamic stretching to create functional mobility. Stay strong and mobile for whatever life throws your way by incorporating this class into your workout regimen.
moreAAA Sculpt (Arms, Abs, A$$)

This 45 minute class will be a full body workout alternating each week between arms, abs and glutes. We will use new props each week like the Pilates chairs, booty bands, gliders, and weights in order to learn new variations of barre and pilates moves to amp up your workout.
moreHIIT PILATES Circuit - Pilates Equipment + Mini Tramp

Intermediate level.
This 45 minute class will flow between our Pilates equipment, unique weight lifting sequences, and our mini trampolines to create high intensity intervals to build major strength and torch calories. This fusion group equipment class will bring a new meaning to core conditioning, balance, and burn.

- The ancient practice of Hatha yoga is fused with the Shape Method contemporary approach to movement to yield a unique connection of mind and body. In this alignment based vinyasa class, clients will explore and cultivate a balance of strength and flexibility through the connection of breath and movement. Ideal for all levels, clients will leave feeling both challenged and rejuvenated. This class is a great compliment to all other Shape Method classes.
BOUNCE & BURN - Mini Tramp Pilates Fusion

- *Tennis shoes recommended* This 45 minute class will utilize a mini trampoline and offer a dynamic balance between core exercises and cardio jumping. Pilates based exercises will be tweaked with small props on and off the mini tramp, while calories are blasted through fun jump sequences. Experience how bouncing can improve your pelvic floor strength and amp up your cardio game while being less impactful on the joints. Book Now
SCULPT SERIES

- This 60 minute class will focus on one muscle group each week, alternating between arms, abs, legs, and glutes. Expect a full body workout with extra emphasis on one body part and to learn new variations of barre and pilates moves to amp up your workout. We will use new props each week including Pilates chairs, booty bands, gliders, weights, and therabands.
On our VOD platform, our sculpt classes have been modified 20 or 30 minutes strength sequences focusing on either the arms, abs, legs, or glutes. These short, VOD exclusive classes are are great when you are limited on time or want to add some strength work to a cardio workout!
moreATHLETIC CONDITIONING - Pilates Fusion

- Originally created for NFL football players, this class is a fusion of all the Shape Method specialties - barre, pilates, and yoga. By training the deep stabilizer muscles to work in conjunction with the large muscle groups, clients will experience improved balance, control and coordination. The results can lead to a higher level of performance and can help prevent injuries and rehabilitate old ones. Any client (from the novice to the professional) will benefit from this type of cross training to keep their body healthy.
BODY GROOVE - Cardio Dance

- Wear your tennis shoes and follow along with our fun cardio dance class! Maximize results by combining our signature Groove class with toning elements - gliding disks, therabands, and moves from the latest MTV music videos. No previous dance experience required. This class is a complete follow along to get your heart rate up and to burn those calories in a fun stage-like environment on a joint conscious sprung dance floor.
SPIN

- Come tap it back and push it up as we dance our way to a stronger more confident you. If this is your first spin class, please come about 10 minutes early to be properly and safely set up on the bike.

POWER- Open Level Cardio

- Power is a cardio infused athletic class that will blast calories, increase metabolism, tone the entire physique and improve overall fitness level. This class is a total of one hour. The first 45 minutes is full of high energy and designed to intensely challenge the cardiovascular and strength systems. This class combines a variety of movements and at home props for a higher caloric burn. The last 15 minutes of class will include 15 minutes of the Dancers Shape Recovery stretch series to maintain joint and muscle flexibility.
