Studio Policies

RESERVATIONS +

We recommend reserving your group studio classes online so that you are guaranteed a spot in class. You may also call, reserve in person, or walk-in. We are unable to guarantee walk-in spots. Reservations can be made online up to thirty minutes before a “group studio class” and one hour before “group equipment classes.” A credit card is needed to secure your reservation and you will be responsible for late cancels and no shows.

For classes before 8am: registration and early cancellation must happen by 8pm the night before. If nobody is registered for the class by 8pm, the class will be cancelled.

CANCELLATION POLICY +

We understand schedules get busy and things come up. However, in order to ensure a fair opportunity for all, we will enforce our cancellation policies in order to continue offering our clients the best service and a fair and seamless check-in process.

Studio Group classes require a 2 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel in this time frame you will either lose your class or be charged a $15 late fee for unlimited plans.

Group equipment classes require a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel in this time frame you will lose your class or be charged a $15 fee for unlimited plans.

Private appointments require a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you do not cancel in this time frame you will lose your class.

ROLLOVER POLICY +

This policy applies to group studio classes only. If your class package has expired you may buy another package of the same or higher value and we will roll over your expired classes into your new expiration date.

CLASS BUY BACK POLICY +

If your class pack expires, you have one month from the date of expiration to buy back your classes. All classes must be purchased at one time and used within the original expiration timeframe. Group studio classes can be purchased for $10, group equipment for $15, and privates for $20.

TRANSFER POLICY + 

If you are moving or have gotten injured we will allow you to transfer your remaining classes to a friend or family member - current expiration dates will apply. We will not be able to extend class packages.

NEW TO THE STUDIO +

We recommend pre-registering online. If you are unable to do so, then please arrive 15 minutes early to orient yourself with the studio, fill out new client paperwork, and speak with the instructor about previous injuries and/or restraints. New clients will not be allowed to enter the class after 5 minutes from the start time.

For courtesy and safety reasons, clients are not allowed to enter classes after 10 minutes from the start time.

What to wear in:

Barre, Pilates, Equipment & Yoga Classes - wear clothing that is comfortable and easy to move in, like yoga pants and tops. It is helpful for teachers to see body alignment to properly adjust positions for the most effective and safe workout. You may be barefoot or wear gripper socks.

*Group Studio classes Lift & Tone and HIIT Pilates require tennis shoes*

Cardio & Cardio Dance Classes - wear comfortable clothing you can move in and bring your tennis shoes.

Studio Etiquette: No open containers are allowed in the studios - water bottles with screw on lids only. If you forget your water bottle, you may purchase one at the front desk.

No cell phones allowed in the classrooms.

Cubbies are located outside the studio where you may place your personal belongings. Please no personal items inside the studio area. Clients must bring their own locks.

Shape Method is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Prices, classes, and instructor assignments are subject to change without notice.

MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY +

Dancers Shape sells a variety of your favorite fitness lines as well as new up and coming apparel. Feel free to stop by and try on the hottest styles of the season!

All sale items are final. Exchanges and returns will be accepted on full priced merchandise within 14 days if unworn, with tags attached and presented with a receipt.
