Power Class at Shape Method

  • Power is a cardio infused athletic class that will blast calories, increase metabolism, tone the entire physique and improve overall fitness level. This class is a total of one hour. The first 45 minutes is full of high energy and designed to intensely challenge the cardiovascular and strength systems. This class combines a variety of movements and at home props for a higher caloric burn. The last 15 minutes of class will include 15 minutes of the Dancers Shape Recovery stretch series to maintain joint and muscle flexibility.
