Shape Method’s sister studio, located in Westlake, is a fully equipped Stott Pilates equipment studio where we hold personalized group equipment classes, privates and semi-privates. Come experience our specialized equipment classes like Reformer Sculpt, Jumpboard & Barre, and Circuit Burn. Or meet with one of our Pilates practitioners one on one to address rehabilitation.
Shape Method serves all of Westlake, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Tarrytown, Downtown and surrounding areas. There is free and easy parking located right outside of the studio.
