Westlake
Shape Method’s sister studio, located in Westlake at the Westlake Medical Center, is a fully equipped Stott Pilates equipment studio where we hold personalized group equipment classes, privates and semi-privates. Come experience our specialized equipment classes like Reformer Sculpt, Reformer Flow, Circuit and Total Body Express. Or meet with one of our Pilates practitioners one on one to address rehabilitation.
Shape Method serves all of Westlake, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Tarrytown, Downtown and surrounding areas. There is free and easy parking located right outside of the studio, underground parking and any other spaces in the facility. We are located on the 2nd floor in Building K (back left building of Medical Center).
