- Coconut Milk
- Water
- Carrots
- Super Greens Mix
- Strawberries or apple
- Banana
- Almond butter
- Coconut oil
- Chia seeds
- Prunes
- Ice (if you are not using frozen fruit)
Carissa's Green Smoothie
- Banana
- Peach (frozen)
- Spinach
- 1part Apple Juice 1 part Water
- Coconut Oil
