Favorite Green Smoothies

Green smoothies are one of our favorite ways to start the day in a healthy way. If you come to the studio in the morning you're likely to see many of the instructors sipping on them. Jennifer & Carissa are sharing their favorite smoothie ingredients below- just combine everything in your blender (we LOVE Vitamix). What do you like to put in your smoothie?

Jennifer's Green Smoothie

Jennifer uses all organic ingredients (and loves to shop at Central Market!).

  • Coconut Milk
  • Water
  • Carrots
  • Super Greens Mix
  • Strawberries or apple
  • Banana
  • Almond butter
  • Coconut oil
  • Chia seeds
  • Prunes
  • Ice (if you are not using frozen fruit)

Carissa's Green Smoothie

  • Banana
  • Peach (frozen)
  • Spinach
  • 1part Apple Juice 1 part Water
  • Coconut Oil
