The foundation for Shape Method is set in the science of the body and the time tested techniques of Pilates, dance, and barre exercise. Choreographed with customized music, the workouts are fun, creative, and challenging - an approach unique to Shape Method. You will not find our workouts anywhere else- each DS instructor is trained at length to consistently design new exercises so that your mind doesn’t get bored and your body does not plateau. Our instructors are able to modify the techniques to assist clients of any age, level, or to accommodate an injury.
