Water Damage Construction Starting Tomorrow Saturday 3/16 - Burnet Rd.
Dear Shape Method Family,
As a valued part of our community, we want to keep you informed about a temporary shift in our operations. Due to the unexpected construction required to repair water damage from the flooding on January 3rd, we must temporarily suspend in-person classes at our Burnet Rd. studio starting tomorrow, Saturday March 16th for a few weeks.
We understand this news comes on short notice and might disrupt your routine. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience. To ensure your fitness journey continues seamlessly, we are excited to offer several flexible options and support during this period:
- Enjoy Free Access To Our Video On Demand: Dive into our extensive library of Video On Demand classes that you can enjoy anytime, anywhere. It's a great way to stay fit and connected to the Shape Method experience from the comfort of your home. Create your VOD account here and get unlimited on demand for 30 days by applying Promo Code: FreeMonth **(if you do not want to continue VOD past your free month then just cancel your account at the end of the 30 days).
- Westlake Location Access: Enjoy the same high-quality classes at our Westlake studio no matter what membership or package you are on. Our team there is excited to welcome you and help keep your fitness goals on track.
- Pause Your Membership: If you prefer to wait until the Burnet Rd. studio reopens, we're offering the option to pause your membership at no cost to you.
We're here to support you in making the best choice for your fitness needs during this time. We will continue to update you on the progress of the repairs and the reopening date of the Burnet studio.
Your understanding, flexibility, and continued support of our small local business means the world to us. If you have any questions, need assistance in transitioning your classes, or want more information on our alternative offerings, please contact us.
Thank you for being an integral part of our Shape Method community.
Warmest regards,
The ShapeMethod Team
