
Pilates For Pelvic Floor Workshop
Join Shape Method and on staff Physical Therapist, Dr. T, for an informational session and 30 minute pelvic floor specific Pilates class utilizing small props.
The pelvic floor is a critical hammock of muscles at the base of the pelvis involved in peeing, pooping, sexual function, lymphatic drainage, and core (postural) stability. We will discuss common issues related to these integrated body systems as well as functional strategies and when to seek an individual assessment!
