Fine Tune the Basics: Strong Standing Poses

In this 2 hour yoga workshop, we will explore the mysteries of the classic standing postures. We will work the foundational actions of each posture to improve balance, focus, and flexibility. As we move, we will discover that encoded in each of these postures lie the key elements of advanced asanas - exploring how they lead to different categories of poses. We will focus on aligning your body to build strength and confidence to advance your yoga practice. Expect to walk away with deeper knowledge of the classic form and how to adapt it to your body! This will be a fun and interactive environment appropriate for raw beginners as well as more experienced practitioners.
