Asia was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and began dancing at the age of two. She attended Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, where she was a member of the dance conservatory, before continuing her education at the University of Texas at Austin.

After moving to Austin in 2022, she pursued a degree in Exercise Science while also earning minors in Business and Sports Media. During her time at UT, she was a dedicated four-year member of the Texas Pom Squad, where she held leadership roles as both Co-Captain and Captain.

In 2024, Asia began working with Shape Method as a Social Media Coordinator. She further expanded her involvement by starting her Pilates certification with Shape Method in 2026. Asia is super excited to teach and share her passion for fitness with others!
