What's new at Dancers Shape in 2020

You spoke and we listened! Starting January 6th, Dancers Shape will launch its 2020 schedule that has new Body By DS Classes, Groove & Glutes, and morning yoga times!

Here is what’s happening:


Join us in 2020 for our newest "Body by DS" creation! Experience a slow burn that will have you burning calories for hours after you are done. This 45 minute class will move between a variety of therabands and body work to chisel your entire body - just in time for Spring Break. Catch this class Monday nights at 5:45 pm.


A 45 minute condensed version of our original full body, power-packed Pilates fusion mat class. Work on the mat with our Pilates small props to build strength and stabilize between the pelvic and shoulder girdle - resulting in a strong and flexible back, abs, seat, and thighs. Prepare to work. This isn't your average mat class. This class will be offered Monday & Friday mornings at 8:30 am

GROOVE & GLUTES is back by popular demand! Come check out this fun cardio dance class now on Monday nights at 5:45 pm! Move between follow along dance moves and small props, like gliding disks and therabands, to tone your body. No previous dance experience required. This class is a complete follow along to get your heart rate up, and to burn those calories in a fun stage-like environment on a joint conscious sprung dance floor. Don't forget to bring your sneakers!

New VINYASA YOGA class times - Start your morning off centered and renewed with our newest 7 am Vinyasa yoga class offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays mornings. Our RECOVERY class will move to Tuesday nights at 8:15 pm and SHAPE Rx will remain on Thursday nights at 7 pm.

LIFT & TONE - has been added back on Saturdays at 10:30 am
