‘Keep On With the Force Don’t Stop’: Keep Your Challenge Going

We kicked off 2014 with our 2nd annual New Year’s Fitness Challenge at Dancers Shape with inspired ladies (and ‘gents), ready to take on the new year. It’s been so much fun playing a role in helping each one of you conquer this challenge. We wanted to share a few comments to inspire you to help keep your challenge going strong.

We know; it wasn’t a walk in the park. Hopefully our giveaways throughout the month on social media and our big fat grand prize giveaway, which included one month of unlimited classes from Dancers Shape, a $150 beauty gift from Salon Colour Bar, a Searsucker gift certificate, plus other goodies from Dancers Shape, helped you stay on track!

So many of you shared your results and experience with us throughout the Challenge – from experiencing the ‘shrink wrap effect’ on your waist line to feeling extremely energized each day. Remember, just because the New Year’s Challenge has ended, it doesn’t mean you have to stop! One comment that seemed to be a theme this month was how scheduling helped tremendously. We all lead such busy lives, and scheduling a class in advance allows you to schedule around your health, not making it an afterthought. Let these comments be a reminder when you start to feel yourself getting off track. Do what Michael Jackson said, “keep on with the force don’t stop.”
