Refreshing cocktails are fantastic in the summer but some can be loaded with fat, sugar and calories! Today we're sharing some of our favorite lightened up libations of the season. Cheers!

Skinny Margarita
Traditional margaritas are full of sugar! This version is light and refreshing. Add 1 shot of tequila, 1/2 cup soda water, juice of a lime, and either a splash of grapefruit juice, a squeeze of agave or a packet of stevia to sweeten. Shake and serve over ice. Carissa likes hers with a little jalapeno for a kick!
Watermelon Martini
This drink is hydrating and tasty! Watermelon is so sweet that there's no need for added sugar. To make it cube up 2 cups of seedless watermelon and puree it in the blender then strain. Combine 1 cup of the watermelon juice with a shot of vodka or gin, juice of half a lime and some ice and shake. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a piece of watermelon.
Chelsea's Light Piña Colada
Our nutritionist Chelsea shared her recipe for this super delicious (and way lighter) piña colada. Combine 8 oz Bai coconut drink, 3/4 cup of fresh pineapple, 1 shot of Rum Chata and a hand full of ice in your blender. Then blend and serve. SO GOOD.
