In honor of Father's Day, we're highlighting one of the dedicated dads in our Pilates community!

Q: What brought you to Shape Method in the beginning?


A: After years of distance running, I realized I had been neglecting core strength and mobility—two things that were starting to catch up with me. I came to Shape Method looking for a focused, intelligent approach to building core stability and improving overall strength, and I immediately felt like I was in the right place.

Q: What has kept you coming?


A: The coaching and the structure. The program is dialed in—it’s challenging but smart, and I’ve seen real results. The team keeps me accountable and helps make the work feel purposeful. The coaches are always willing to help me make adjustments to my form.

Q: What has changed in your health by attending Shape Method?


A: I feel stronger and more balanced, especially through my core and hips—areas that were overlooked in my running days. I’ve gained more body awareness, better posture, and fewer nagging aches.
