Prenatal exercise improves back pain, constipation, and may decrease risk of gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, and cesarean birth (ACOG). This 45-minute Prenatal Pilates class will focus on pelvic floor (core) connection, hip strength, hip openers, and mindfulness practice. Learn to prepare your body during pregnancy for smooth postpartum recovery.
