Our newest functional core class created by Dr. Toussaint Biondi, PT. Kettlebells strengthen the trunk in a special way because they are designed to be off balance when you hold them in one hand. Without proper grounding through the legs and core, the bell would pull you off center. Kettlebell core targets the six primary functional movement patterns - squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, carry. This circuit class will focus on both foundational patterns and flow to elevate heart rate and globally strengthen the spine.
